Casula Powerhouse presents in partnership with the Mil-Pra AECG
17th ANNUAL MIL-PRA AECG ABORIGINAL EXHIBITION & ART AWARD 2009

Theme: Elders Knowing - Elders Showing

Celebrating indigenous art, the MIL-PRA AECG ABORIGINAL EXHIBITION & ART AWARDS is a competition open to all Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander people living in NSW and the ACT.

All mediums are accepted and fourteen awards are up for grabs including
eight prizes for primary and secondary students, courtesy of Kari Aboriginal Resources Inc. and Eckersleys.

This year artists are encouraged to submit work that acknowledges, celebrates and pays respect to Indigenous elders and their teachings.

All levels of experience are welcome. Register your works by 5 June 2009

Exhibition opening 11 July 2009, 4-6pm
