It is with pleasure that I announce our forthcoming auction. The sale will include 10th - 12th Century Indian sandstone sculpture, superb Gandharan antiquities, important 12th - 13th Century Khmer sculpture; rare Chinese, Southeast Asian, Near Eastern and Classical antiquities; Australian Aboriginal art and artefacts, ethnographic African and Oceanic material culture.
I am delighted to advise we will be including Natural History in our forthcoming auction. This new department will be headed by Mr. Jason Sprague who will be working in association with East Australian. Mr. Sprague has an international reputation as a collector and dealer of fine natural history specimens, and our inaugural sale will include such items as early taxidermic specimens, fossils and rare sea shells.
