Invitation to Aboriginal Artists to Exhibit their works

The Lane Cove Music & Cultural Centre is a not for profit community centre, amongst other uses we run a small exhibition series each year and invite artists to hang their works as part of our Small Exhibition Series.

Please find attached an invitation for your artists to use our exhibition space in 2008. Exhibiting art works is free however for any Opening night/ afternoon we charge for the hall and kitchen area $30 per hour ( mainly to cover cleaning etc) and $100 deposit .

Art Commission for amateur artists is 20% and 25% for professional artists.

The space is well located on a main road and well attended during the week, ( note :we are not open during the weekends unless the artist exhibiting offers to sit with their exhibition... many do as its a very pleasant space with a sun deck and outlook)

We can provide some publicity in the local media at no charge and assistence if available to hang and bump out ( particularly for elderly artists).We have credit card facilities and disabled acces. On the 254 bus from St Leonards station and have on site parking.
